Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason your LED shoes or lighting shoes don’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.

Original Packaging: Products must be returned with their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and boxes.

Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is due to wrong size, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons.

Important: We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the returned items are damaged, worn, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Request a Return Authorization:

Contact our Customer Service team at returns@onlineledshoe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the following details:

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return or exchange

Whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange

Pack and Ship:

After receiving your return authorization, carefully pack the items in their original packaging and send them back to us using the return shipping instructions we provide.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to us, except in cases of defective products or our error.

Processing Your Return:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions for return, we will process a refund or send the exchange item to you within 5–10 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please note the following details regarding the refund process:

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). withi 3 days

Refund Timeframe:

After we receive and approve your return, it will take 5-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

You will be responsible for the return shipping on the original item. However, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item if the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your LED shoes or lighting shoes arrive damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly accept returns for defective products, at no additional cost to you.
