Returns and Refund

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.

1. If the buyer is not satisfied or recieved damaged product then a full refund will be made within 30 days.

2. Returns should be in unused condition with all the packaging intact and original tags. We will assign reverse pickup facility at your request if needed.

3. Full money will be credited back to his or her payment source within 2-3 days.

4. For the successfull returns kindly fill in the Return Form which is available in the Returns section under your Onlineledshoe.com Account. Please note that the Reverse Pick up facility is available for limited pincodes.

5. Your refund of the shipping charges are not applicable if there is any. We will bear the cost for you.

6. If you choose to self ship the returns, you are requested to pack the items securely and safely to prevent any losses or damages during the transit.
